Thank you for your prompt response. My sister has successfully accessed my Cafe from another computer so it must be something wrong with my PC. I don’t think it’s my Adobe flashplayer as I can successfully play Farmville. I use Internet Explorer which hasn’t changed. My internet connection hasn’t changed either. Can you please suggest anything else that I can start looking at. Thanking you so much.

Try Google Chrome, I’ve been having the best results with this browser. It’s possible that your system had downloaded some updates for Internet explorer which blocked some features of CW. I assume that you’ve already tried to restart your computer, right?

I am having problems loading Cafe World. I get up to the point where it displays Amelia with the ‘blue screen’ just before the “Heading to your Cafe” message is displayed and then nothing. It just sits there with a blank blue screen. I hadn’t made any changes to my cafe before this started happening and I have tried loading the game everyday for the past 2 weeks hoping it was something to do with the issues that Zynga were trying to fix at the time (Cafe Orders for Dale). I have also updated Adobe Flash Player several times in the hope that something would work. But it hasn’t. Please help me as I am very frustrated and really enjoy playing Cafe World. Thank you so much.

have you tried to run your Cafe World on another computer? If so, does it work or not? If it doesn’t work on another computer, then the problem is in your facebook ID and you should contact Zynga. If it does work, then there’s something wrong with your computer – browser, flash, internet connection, local security, etc.

There’s no easy way to say where is the problem. You need to find out if the problem is in your computer or in the game itself by trying to log in on another computer or ask another person to log into their Cafe on your computer. Then you can start from there.
