I built my pizza oven and lost it. I was moving it to make room for a new stove and it disappeared. I haven’t found it again although I still have “goals” to meet using it! How do I find it or get another one?

I built my pumpkin, before the Holloween Task came up, it won’t let me build anothere or give me credit for it. I have tried dragging it into my inventory and taking it back out, but no go. Any suggestions?
