Try Google Chrome, I’ve been having the best results with this browser. It’s possible that your system had downloaded some updates for Internet explorer which blocked some features of CW. I assume that you’ve already tried to restart your computer, right?

have you tried to run your Cafe World on another computer? If so, does it work or not? If it doesn’t work on another computer, then the problem is in your facebook ID and you should contact Zynga.
